'Double breakfast' weight-loss trend

FOX19 - For some of you, breakfast is your favorite meal of the day.

Here is your excuse to eat twice in the morning, and it could help you lose weight!

It's a new weight-loss trend called "Double breakfast." Doctors say to start with something small, like a piece of fruit or yogurt to kick-start your metabolism. Then, eat a slightly larger meal, that will keep you full until lunch.
