CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The rivalry between the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers have boiled over into the incident at the Cincinnati Zoo where a silverback gorilla was shot and killed after a three-year-old boy fell into the gorilla exhibit on Saturday.
"The gorilla was from Cincinnati. I didn't drop one tear. He in a better place now," Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Vince Williams tweeted on Wednesday.
The death of Harambe has taken over social media with many mourning the loss of the 17-year-old gorilla.
Williams is entering his fourth season in the NFL, all with the Steelers.
"If I fall in the gorillas cage help the gorillas," he also tweeted.
