OSP: Alcohol likely factor in crash that sent 7 to hospital

MORROW, OH (FOX19) -

Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a head-on crash in Morrow that sent seven people, including four children, to the hospital. 

Around 2:18 p.m., 77--year-old Emma Boatrite was traveling eastbound on Pike Street when a vehicle driven by Tracy Ward, 44, pulled out from a private drive, striking Boatrite's vehicle, according OSP.

Boatrite, Ward, Shannon Todd and four children that were in Ward's vehicle, ranging from 6 to 12-years-old, were all transported to area hospitals. 

The severity of injuries are unknown at this time. 

Alcohol is considered to be a factor in the crash, OSP said.
