FLORENCE, KY (FOX19) -

Fire crews are still investigating what caused a four-alarm fire at A-One Pallet, Inc. in Florence, Ky. Tuesday evening.

Crews were dispatched to the fire in the 7400 block of Industrial Road, at approximately 6 p.m., dispatch confirmed.

Fire officials on scene said the fire started in the back of the building where more than a thousand pallets were stored. The fire spread to inside the building but officials said most of the damage was to the wooden pallets outside the building.

"Skids are always a challenge," Florence Fire Marshal Robert Krebs said. "A block of wood itself will only burn on the outside. Skids have almost the whole thing as an outside surface area. So you get a lot of volume of fire because there is a lot of fuel burning at one time."

Crews said the factory had a specific evacuation procedure and individuals inside the building were evacuated safely. No worker injuries were reported.

One firefighter was transported from the scene to a local hospital for evaluation and has since been released.

An estimated damage cost has not been revealed at this time.

Standing alongside Putin, Trump steered clear of any confrontation with the Russian, going so far as to question American intelligence and last week's federal indictments that accused 12 Russians of hacking into Democratic email accounts to hurt Hillary Clinton in 2016.
