COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The nation's largest operator of private jets is preparing for one of its busiest days of the year because so many people want to get a perfect view of Monday's solar eclipse. Columbus-based NetJets says Jackson, Wyoming, appears to be the most popular destination for eclipse watchers along with Grand Island, Nebraska. The company says that demand for private jets to see the eclipse is right there with the always busy travel dates around Thanksgiving and Christmas.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - An Ohio lawmaker has given a framed copy of his resolution repudiating Connecticut's claim that another aviator beat the Wright brothers as first in flight to an aviation history organization. State Rep. Rick Perales presented the National Aviation Heritage Alliance with the gift Friday. It will be displayed at the Huffman Prairie Flying Field near Dayton Orville and Wilbur Wright perfected their airplane.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - An Ohio woman whose daughter died of a rare blood disorder has turned her family's tragedy into a charity to help other children. The nonprofit organization provides music and art therapy to young patients at Ohio hospitals. The girl's dad and three brothers have raised more than $150,000 for Ohio hospitals to bring music and art into the hallways.

AKRON, Ohio (AP) - Collectors are expected to pour into Cleveland this week for the world's largest show of collectible beer paraphernalia. More than 500 collectors from 37 states and 13 countries will attend the three-day CANvention beginning Thursday. The gathering will feature a variety of beer collectibles, including cans, signs, mirrors, coasters and postcards.
