A man is charged with murder after admitting he killed his ex-wife, according to Covington Police.
Timothy Rigg, 61, confessed Monday night at Covington Police headquarters, said spokesperson Brian Steffen.
Rigg led authorities to a home in the 700 block of Philadelphia Street where the body of Shelagh Goodridge, 64 was located.
Covington Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to and surrounding the crime. Further details have not been released.
Rigg is held at the Kenton County Jail charged with murder.
