CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Impairment appears to be a factor in a single vehicle crash that hospitalized two women Tuesday night, Cincinnati police said.

The driver of a 2011 Dodge Caliber heading northbound in the 3600 block of Spring Grove Avenue lost control of her vehicle and ran into the center portion of the train bridge pillar about 10:20 p.m., police said in a prepared statement.

The driver, Tatiana Watkins,23, and a passenger, Fadila Afi Sigmon, both were hurt and taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

They are listed in serious condition. Neither wore seat belts, according to police.
