CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - In the wake of Sunday's massacre at a gay club in Orlando, Uber is offering free rides to and from two Cincinnati bars this weekend.
Every passenger will get two free rides up to a value of $20 each to Simon Says Bar and Below Zero Lounge.
"To celebrate life and love in all its forms, this weekend we'll be offering free rides to and from places around Cincinnati that are important to the history and culture of the local LGBT community," the company wrote in a release.
Both bars will be participating in a candlelight vigil honoring the shooting victims of the Pulse Nightclub massacre.
Organized by Below Zero Lounge, the vigil is called "Can't Stop Dancing" and will take place at 2 a.m. Sunday morning - around the same time shots rang out in Orlando.
Uber's offer runs from noon Friday through Monday evening.
