WEST CHESTER, OH (FOX19) - The man accused of shooting and killing a 2015 Lakota High School graduate during a home invasion pleaded guilty Wednesday.
Demarcus Staley, 20, will spend 21 years in prison for the murder charge.
Staley is the third of four suspects to be sentenced in the death of 18-year-old Tyler Kassow in January.
Justin Koch, 19, and Rodney Foster, 18, pleaded guilty this month to murder. The fourth suspect, 20-year-old Jibril Willingham, is scheduled for a jury trial on July 11.
Kassow was shot inside a home on Cincinnati-Columbus Road on Jan. 13.
Prosecutors say the suspects attempted to rob the victim of drugs and the home invasion turned deadly.
