Police: Critically missing 15-year-old boy found safe

AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

A critically missing 15-year-old boy was found safe Friday after last being seen June 20 in Avondale. 

Police said Victor Chiriboga has been reunited with his family. 

The original report is below. 

According to a release from the Cincinnati Police Department, Chiriboga was last seen leaving the Hirsch Recreation Center between noon and 2 p.m. Monday. 

Officials said he was supposed to stay at a friend's house, but never returned. 

He is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'0" and weighs 100 pounds. He is in poor mental health, according to the report.
