Cincinnati police arrested and charged a man for the shooting death of 20-year-old Jamell Rumph, who was killed earlier this month.
Officials responded to reports of a shooting in the 1600 block of Waverly Ave. in Fairmount June 6 at 2:30 a.m., according to a report from district three officers.
Upon arrival, officers said they located Rumph's body in the street.
The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit arrested and charged Tiyon Mincey, 18, with murder.
