A fugitive from Britain has been indicted on federal weapons charges in Atlanta. Zayead Hajaig aroused suspicions three years ago when he showed up for lessons at a Georgia flying school where some of the Nine-Eleven hijackers had trained. Investigators say he was in the U.S. illegally.
Hajaig became the object of a terror alert this month when he allegedly tried to have his pilot rating upgraded. The FBI thinks it's found some guns he owned. He was questioned in Britain last month but investigators don't know where he is now. Hajaig also goes by the name, Barry John Felton.
