TARPON SPRINGS, FL (FOX19 NOW) -

A dog was "booked and processed" after Florida police found her without information tags and because the canine "refused to tell officers where she lived."

Police found the dog, named Willow, after she had wandered away from her home in Tarpon Springs.

In order to get word out that she was found, the Tarpon Springs Police Department "booked and processed" her.

Police posted the mugshot of the dog on their Facebook page to let citizens know she was safe. A police officer even had to hold Willow up to pose for the mugshot.

According to the police, Willow was "very cooperative with officers and probably one of the most friendly prisoners we've ever had in custody."

Eventually, Willow's owner were located and she was released on bond. The bond amount is unknown but at least Willow is home safe and sound now.

A representative for the pooch has not commented on the matter.

That's paw and order.
