A woman found dead last week in a Tri-State river could have been dumped 100 miles north of here. That's according to Hamilton County Coroner Dr. O'Dell Owens. The identity of the murder victim found near Lunken Airport in the Little Miami River remains a mystery, but investigators hope new pictures will help identify her. The author of an anonymous note sent to police about the case is being asked to call CrimeStoppers. Sheriff's Department spokesperson, Steve Barnett, tells FOX 19, "Call CrimeStoppers and give us more feedback, more information, maybe there's something we're not looking at or something we're missing that may help us identify the victim." The coroner says a forensic anthropologist is now working the case to better determine the victim's age and race. DNA testing is pending.
