HYDE PARK, OH (FOX19) - A man, using his hair to obscure his face, robbed a Fifth Third Bank in Hyde Park Friday morning, according to police.
Officials said units were dispatched to the location in the 2600 block of Erie Avenue for reports of a robbery at 10:29 a.m.
A white man entered the bank, pointed a handgun at the teller and demanded cash, police said. The suspect is approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build.
He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, purple gloves with black palms, black pants and black shoes.
Police said the man also had long black or brown hair covering his face, which may have been a wig.
The suspect exited the bank through the front doors and was last seen northbound on Zumstein Avenue.
