CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A man is accused of abducting a woman and her four children following a domestic assault last week.

Court documents claim Levenski Crossty, 26, forced his way into a home while his 2-year-old child, its mother and three other children were inside.

Crossty forced them into the car and continued to beat the mother as he drove around, a Hamilton County affidavit states.

She was able to escape when the car stopped at a McDonald’s drive-thru. While screaming for help, she tried to hand off the 2-year-old to safety in the hands of employees through the drive-thru window, police said.

Crossty then snatched the child back into the car and drove off, leaving its mother behind.

She was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital with serious facial injuries, multiple bite marks, along with numerous other injuries from the attack.

Crossty is charged with abduction, aggravated burglary, felonious assault and theft.
