Suspects in Deputy Shooting Indicted

Two men accused of shooting Butler County Sheriff's Deputy Brandon Roberts, were indicted on 30 counts Thursday.

Both Mark Kendrick and Robert Morris are charged with attempted murder with specification and felonious assault with specification. Four counts of aggravated robbery. Failure to comply with order or signal of police officer. Tampering with evidence. Complicity to tampering with evidence. Intimidation. Having weapons while under disability. Unlawful possession of a dangerous ordinance burglary, and grand left.

Also new Thursday, Kendrick's brother, Matthew Kendrick was charged with assisting in burglary and theft.

Deputy Roberts was shot in the stomach April 20th. He is listed under fair condition.
