Don't eat them, some health experts say.
It can actually make you gain weight because your body doesn't break down fruit properly, after exercising.
That's according to personal trainer Callum Melly, founder of bodyin8.co.uk
He recommends eating rice or potatoes after you workout to replenish lost carbohydrates.
Nutritionists say the best time to eat fruit is first thing in the morning, and about 15 minutes before your workout.
