Cincinnati police say they've received numerous reports of cars being hit and not by small rocks either.
FOX19 news reporter Jill Eichhorn reported that Suzi Hendricks says she saw a kid--no more than 11--throw a rock the size of a softball which scratched and dented the back side panel of her car.
Hendricks says she worries that dents and shattered windows might only be minor compared to what could happen with a prank like this.
Police say they will arrest kids if they catch them throwing rocks at cars. One driver whose car was hit saw one of the kids who threw the rocks and he chased the boy to the pedestrian overpass.
