Bengals win dramatic season opener over Jets

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Mike Nugent drilled a 47-yard field goal with 54 seconds left and then Josh Shaw had an interception in the final seconds to the Bengals 23-22 comeback win over the Jets.

Andy Dalton completed 23 of 30 passes for 366 yards a touchdown and one interception. He was also sacked a career-high seven times.

AJ Green had 12 catches, one shy of tying a Bengals franchise record, 180 yards receiving and a 54-yard touchdown. Brandon LaFell had four catches for 91 yards in his debut with the Bengals.

Jeremy Hill had 31 yards rushing including a 12-yard touchdown run.

This was the third straight season open win for the Bengals.
