MOUNT LOOKOUT (FOX19) -

A medical run erupted into a SWAT call Friday when a woman refused to go to the hospital and then was seen with a gun, Cincinnati police said.

The sister of the woman on Crest Circle called for help believing that her sister needed medical attention, said Lt. Steve Saunders, police spokesman.

When medics arrived just before 7:30 a.m., they saw woman on porch with gun, according to Saunders.

Police were called and reported the woman being combative and refusing to go to the hospital.

Then she went into the house.

She refused to communicate with officers, Saunders said.

The SWAT team responded, but  a few hours later left with no charges being filed.

Sanders said officers determined the woman was not a threat.
