CALIFORNIA, OH (FOX19) - Kellogg Avenue reopened near Interstate 275 just before 8 a.m. Monday after a crash and downed pole closed it through the morning rush, Cincinnati police said.
A vehicle hit a utility pole, snapping it in half, before flipping on its side just before 6:30 a.m. at Apple Hill Road.
Minor injuries were reported, police said.
Wires were down across the road.
Police initially closed Kellogg Avenue between California Woods and Apple Hill Road.
But by 7 a.m., they said they determined too many large trucks were traveling through the area and expanded the closure from I-275 to Salem Road.
