Delays from a multi-vehicle crash are easing on eastbound Ronald Reagan Highway west of Interstate 75.
Vehicles were forced to squeeze into the right shoulder to get by a five-vehicle crash reported at 5:40 a.m. Wednesday.
Police also briefly shut down the ramp from Hamilton Avenue to eastbound Ronald Reagan.
A major backup ensued.
Ambulances responded to assist at least two injured victims, a Cincinnati police and fire dispatcher said.
