Study: Sleep deprivation equals more calorie intake

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - If you didn't sleep well last night you might find yourself eating more the next day.

London researchers found sleep deprived people consumed an average of 385 extra calories a day.

They also tended to eat more fat and less protein.

Experts say people with chronic sleep disorders could be at risk of a significant weight gain.
