CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A new study out of Dartmouth found kids who only have one group of friends, do worse in school.
Researchers say people with only one group of tightly knit friends, did everything with each other.
Sometimes that got in the way of school work.
But kids who had multiple friend groups had a better ability to balance when they could have fun, and when they needed to work. making friends with students who had good GPA's, also helped improve performance.
