Prior to the pursuit, he's accused of reversing his vehicle, striking Dayton Police Chief Halfhill's cruiser.
When he was arrested, officers transported to the Campbell County Detention Center, who refused to accept him until his injuries were checked by a local hospital.
Hundley was at an area hospital where he was able to escape out of a side door.
Tuesday, Dayton Police told us he was likely heading toward Lexington.
