LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A 4-year old patient at Cincinnati Children's is getting to live out every little girl's dream – to be a princess.
Ella Phillips-Shimovetz was surprised Wednesday with a horse-drawn carriage to take her to her final radiation treatment on Cincinnati Children's Liberty Campus.
It was her 28th treatment, after being diagnosed with a cancerous tumor back in May. She will continue to receive chemotherapy treatments.
Ella is one of the first pediatric patients to complete treatment at the Cincinnati Children's/UC Health Proton Therapy Center.
