Parents question charges in Punta Gorda school bus fight
The mother of two boys who were involved in a fight with a substitute bus driver in Florida wants to know why their kids are facing stiffer charges than the driver. Police say the fight started Tuesday when the driver went to confront the 13-year-old, and the boy's 15-year-old stepbrother got in the way. The incident was caught on a security camera and it shows the driver striking the 15-year-old first. The boys are now facing felony charges while the driver was charged with a misdemeanor. And the mother tells NBC's "Today" show that's not right. The boys' father says the older child says he was protecting his younger brother.
