Young killer Lionel Tate held in pizza delivery robbery

Lionel Tate, the youngest person in modern U.S. history to be sentenced to life in prison, is accused of confronting a pizza delivery man with a gun in Florida.

The 18-year-old is being held at the Broward County Jail on charges of armed robbery, armed burglary with battery and a probation violation. If proven, possession of a gun would be enough to produce a violation of probation. The delivery man says Tate pointed a gun at him when he arrived with an order in Pembroke Park, Florida.

It is Tate's second arrest since he was released more than a year ago after a successful appeal. He is serving 15 years probation. Tate killed a six-year-old family friend when he was 12. He claimed he was practicing wrestling moves but experts testified the victim took an extensive beating.
