Lee Ann Miller's party mix and hamburger dip

Lee Ann Miller was in the FOX19 Studio on Monday, mixing up some party mix and hamburger dip. 

Darn Good Party Mix

1-1/4 cups butter

3-1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

3 teaspoons Lawry’s Seasoned salt

5 cups Corn Chex cereal

5 cups Rice Chex cereal

6 cups Golden Graham cereal

2 cups roasted & salted peanuts

5 cups small pretzel sticks

In a large stainless steel mixing bowl combine cereal, nuts and pretzels. Mix together. In a small saucepan heat butter until melted. Remove and stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt. Drizzle butter mixture over cereal mixture while gently folding ingredients with a large spatula. Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees on 2 half sheet cookie pans. Stir every 15 minutes and bake for 1 hour.

Cheesy Hamburger Dip

1-1/2 lb. hamburger

1 medium onion, diced (approx. ¾ cup)

8 oz. medium taco sauce

1 can mushroom soup

1 can cream of tomato soup

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1-1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add remaining ingredients to a saucepan, skillet or crock pot. Heat until cheese is melted and ingredients are combined well. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
