Family of murdered Teen speaks out

For the first time the family of Johnny Warrington and his younger brother spoke out about the tragedy and a young man who saw Johnny just one day earlier reacts to the news.

Johnny Warrington's uncle walked side by side with his brother's attorney and said, " The Warrington family has suffered a horrible tragedy, Johnny's brother is a wonderful child, he has the full support of his entire family." Uncle Peter McGarey adds, " We hope the legal system will be able to run it's course in the meantime we respectfully request the media to give us our privacy that we need during this time of extreme grief."

At Summit High School where Johnny Warrnington was to graduate in less than two weeks, grief counselors were on hand to help his classmate through their grief but studetns and staff requested their privacy, to include Grant Bailey's young brother who was a close friend and fellow classmate of Johnny Warrington, Grant is a 2002 grad of Summitt Country Day School.

"My jaw just dropped I just saw the kid the day before . He's leaving my house and I said, "see you, take it easy and low and behold the next day."

Like I said he always seemed to be happy I never seen him angry and no one was that way towards him."
