Judge clears the way for jury to hear from Michael Jackson's accuser again
The judge in the Michael Jackson case has cleared the way for prosecutors to show the jury a videotape of the accuser's first police interview. That could mean another courtroom faceoff between Jackson and the boy accusing him of molestation.
The prosecution wants to show that the boy has told a consistent story from the start. Defense lawyers say they would then want to question the boy about the tape during the defense rebuttal. Jackson's lawyers also say they would want a chance to question the boy's mother, a psychologist and the lawyer who sent the boy to the psychologist.
