The multi-billion dollar P&G-Gillette merger is on hold. Procter and Gamble says it will delay its shareholder vote on the $57-billion acquisition of Gillette until July 12th. The vote was orginally scheduled for June 13th. Both sides say they'll expect the merger to close this fall. The acquisition, by far P&G's biggest ever, will add Braun and Duracell to the Companies already long list of recognizable brands.
