Malone Hearing Rescheduled

A Cincinnati city council member was due in court Tuesday on domestic violence charges.

Sam Malone is accused of beating his 14 year old son.

Malone did not appear in court Tuesday, however, his lawyer rescheduled his hearing for June 30th. A special prosecutor from Columbus is assigned to the case.
