Work continues on I-75 at Hopple this week

CINCINNATI (FOX19) -

This week’s updates for the road work continuing on Interstate 75 at Hopple Street will require lane restrictions this week.

Starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, the right lane of northbound I-75 between the Western Hills Viaduct and Hopple Street will be blocked until 5 p.m.

Expect crews to be blocking the shoulders in both the north and southbound directions of I-75 from south of the Western Hills Viaduct to I-74. 

The shoulder work will be daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.

There will also be various lane closures in both the east and westbound lanes of Hopple Street from Colerain Avenue  to east of the Central Parkway connector road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Thursday, starting at 8 p.m., crews will be blocking the right lane of eastbound I-74 from Colerain Avenue to north of the Monmouth Street overpass on I-75 until 6 a.m.

There will also be various left lane closures on northbound I-75 from north of Hopple Street to I-74 from 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Saturday, March 11,  on Hopple Street there will be various short-term closures in both the east and westbound lanes from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m.

Hopple will be blocked from east of the I-75 Central Parkway connector road to Dixmyth Ave. 

Emergency vehicle access will be maintained at all times.

Traffic will be maintained and all work is dependent on weather.
