Idaho fitness center manager winner of $220.3 million Powerball
The manager of a fitness center in Idaho has a much healthier bank account. Brad Duke was the winner of last month's 220-point-three million dollar Powerball jackpot. It was the second-largest single-ticket Powerball prize. Duke chose to remain anonymous after winning the drawing last month. But his name was reported on the Web sites of two Boise television stations Wednesday. He is scheduled to appear on NBC's "Today" show Thursday. The 33-year-old will take the lump sum payment of about 80 million dollars. The state of Idaho will receive a lump sum state income tax check of about ten million. The convenience store where Duke bought the ticket gets 50-thousand dollars. Duke has hired public-relations and financial advisers.
