Victim in North College Hill homicide identified

NORTH COLLEGE HILL, OH (FOX19) -

The victim in Friday's homicide has been identified. 

The Hamilton County Coroner's Office confirmed that Tony Walls, 29, died on March 17.

Officers were called to the 6400 block of Simpson Ave. just after 9:30 p.m. for a report of shots fired. They did not find anything and cleared the scene.

A short time later, officers were sent to the 1600 block of Cordova Ave. for a single vehicle accident.

Police said they found Walls slumped over the steering wheel, with two gunshot wounds to his left side. He was later pronounced dead.

Investigators believe he was shot at 6501 Simpson Ave., where they found multiple shell casings. 

No arrests have been made.
