Interstate 75 lane closures back next week after the Easter

HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

Road work will continue with lane and ramp closures on I-75 next week after taking a break for Easter.

Starting at 10 p.m. Monday, April 17 and Tuesday, April 18, work crews will be blocking the left lane of southbound I-75 from south of the I-74 to south of Hopple Street.

The closures will be in the overnight hours from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

Crews will also close the east and westbound ramps from Hopple Street to southbound I-75.

The detour is to head west on Hopple Street to south on Beekman Street to Harrison Ave, east across the Western Hills Viaduct to southbound on I-75.

In addition, the ramp from southbound I-75 to Harrison Avenue will be closed.

The detour is to exit at Hopple Street, south on Beekman Street to Harrison Avenue.  

Then on, Wednesday, April 19 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. there will be two lanes blocked south on I-75 again from south of I-74 to south of Hopple Street.

All the exit ramps will remain open and traffic will be maintained.

There will be signs to alert motorists of the work zone and lane and ramp  closures.
