CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

An Elder High School graduate continues to recover from serious injuries at an Oxford party and is now speaking in a new video.

Ryan Custer fractured his C-5 vertebrae in a makeshift pool near Miami University on April 8.

His family created a Facebook page to keep people updated on his recovering process.

They said the Wright State University basketball player has regained some feeling in the top of his foot.

A video of Custer was also posted to the social media site.

You can hear him saying "hi" and thanking the people watching.

Custer's dad says he is breathing on his own for several hours at a time.

"Please keep praying for him especially during this very special Easter weekend. May God bless you and your families," a post reads.
