Three individuals unsuccessfully tried to steal steaks from Kroger stores on Easter Sunday.

Frederick Hollis, 47, placed $36 worth of steaks inside his pants and left a Cincinnati Kroger store without paying, according to a Hamilton County complaint.

A Kroger worker caught Joshua Strobl, 38, concealing five T-Bone steaks inside his clothing, a complaint states. The steaks were valued at $69.46.

Documents claim Lisa Grove, 45, also attempted to steal $39 worth of steaks but was caught by a Kroger security officer.

Each suspect is charged with theft.
