Police have put out a warrant for a suspect wanted in a Lockland murder that happened nearly a month ago.
The family has planned a vigil at 3 p.m. on Saturday for Rickey Julious, and are asking the killer to turn himself in.
CrimeStoppers has put up a reward to find Gerry Myles, who police want to question. Right now, police said he's in hiding.
Julious's sister, Lakesha Brown, is seeking justice in her brothers murder.
"An argument broke out. Next thing you know he pulled out a gun. shot my brother. My brother took off running. He ran behind him and keeps firing, firing and shooting until he hit my brother two more times, which he ended up shooting him three times," she said.
Police said the entire thing was captured on the Star Market Surveillance cameras across the street on Wyoming Avenue. They said the video had several angles of the shooter firing his gun.
"It's horrible...it's scary," I can't imagine what was going through his head as he was running trying to get away. Chasing behind him to hurt him... to kill him is what he did," Brown said.
Jackie Conner said gun violence took her son Patrick's life in 2014. Now, her other son was also shot by Myles, according to police right after Julious was hit.
Police said her son's shooting was an accident.
She said the only way the violence will end is if the community comes together.
"They say it takes a village to raise a child - well its time for this village to stand up and raise these kids," Conner said.
Police said six people were around when the shooting happened, but many are not cooperating.
The vigil is scheduled for Saturday at 3 p.m. in the 1600 block of Wyoming Avenue.
