No injuries reported in Bond Hill daycare fire

BOND HILL, OH (FOX19) -

Six adults and 56 children went home for the day after a fire broke out at a Bond Hill daycare Thursday afternoon.

No injuries were reported in the fire at Loving Arms Daycare Center in the 4900 block of Paddock Road.

Fire crews were dispatched to the building at around 2 p.m. for a fire alarm, which was upgraded to a one alarm fire due to smoke showing.

The fire was brought under control in approximately 10 minutes, said officials.

All the workers and children at the daycare were safely able to exit the building.

Companies will be on scene ventilating the basement, said officials.

No word as to what caused the fire.  Smoke detectors were present and operating.

The fire caused approximately $10,000 worth of damage.
