CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Cincinnati Bengals picked RB Joe Mixon of Oklahoma and DE Jordan Willis of Kansas St. in the No. 48 and No. 73 draft picks in the second and third rounds of the NFL draft Friday night.
They were supposed to have pick No. 41, but traded out to the Vikings.
A controversial video in 2014 of Mixon punching a woman in the face in a restaurant had some boo'ing at the draft.
The woman had four broken bones in her face.
The Bengals knew this pick would be debated...
Marvin Lewis said, "I don't know anyone who wouldn't be disgusted by it."
The Bengals said they met with Mixon and three years later they have a plan in place for him to move forward.
The Begals said they are fortunate to have a draft like Willis.
For the rest of the draft, the Bengals own two fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh round picks.
