(CINCINNATI, June 28, 2005) -- The U-S Supreme Court has declined to review federal appeals court decisions that bar officials from displaying the Ten Commandments in a Richland County courtroom and in front of Adams County schools.
The order came a day after the Court issued split decisions in similar cases from Kentucky and Texas.
