Ohio sees cheaper prices for Fourth of July

Drivers will be hitting the roads for this Fourth of July holiday and they're going to be saving money at the pump.

A new AAA report says gas prices across Ohio has dropped 8 cents over the week, which brings the price to $2.09 for regular gas.

Right now, Ohio takes the top spot for monthly changes in gas prices from June to July with a 28 cent decrease.

Indiana comes in fourth place with a 19 cent decrease putting the price for regular gas at two dollars and 16 cent.

Kentucky follows not too far behind in sixth place with an 18 cent decrease for regular gas, bringing the price down to two dollars and eleven cents.

AAA also says today's average national gas price is the cheapest the country has seen all year.
