A man is under arrest after Cincinnati police they spotted him on a John Deere tractor zipping around a closed business parking lot - and then he ran off, leading them on a foot pursuit.
Police said they had to use a Taser stun gun on Demetrius Hill, 29, to take him in to custody early Thursday.
Hill was booked into the Hamilton County jail on charges of breaking and entering and obstructing official business.
He is scheduled to face a judge Friday morning.
Officers on routine patrol encountered Hill about 1 a.m. when they saw lights coming from within an enclosed fence line of Bud Herbert Motors, 4050 Spring Grove Ave.
They pulled into the driveway and observed Hill on the tractor.
He jumped off the tractor and ran northbound when they tried to arrest him.
"The officers located Mr. Hill climbing a fence at 4124 Spring Grove Avenue and gave Mr. Hill commands again to stop or he would be tased, but Mr. Hill disregarded those commands and continued to flee towards Spring Grove Avenue," reads a Cincinnati Police Department Alert.
"One of the officers deployed his taser and a highly intoxicated Mr. Hill was taken into custody without further incident."
