SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said the suspect wanted in a murder investigation in Sycamore Township has turned himself into police.
Benjamin Quinn is charged with aggravated murder and felonious assault in connection to the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Jacob Baker, along Blue Ash Road on June 21.
Sheriff's Deputies said Baker and 21-year-old Jarid Carl were shot after a fight outside the Car Rock Cafe in Deer Park.
Carl was treated at the hospital for his injuries and released.
"What we can release is that a fight at the Car Rock Cafe spilled out onto Blue Ash Rd," Deer Park police wrote in a Facebook post.
"Someone fired a single shot that hit nothing, and officers began to arrive and subjects were leaving the area."
"One group from the fight walked north on Blue Ash toward a different bar. They had just left Deer Park into Sycamore Township when shots were fired from a passing car and there were some injuries sustained," police wrote.
Three other people have been arrested in connection to that shooting. Christian Van Winkle and Natasha Becker are charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
David Shirley turned himself last week, and is charged with aggravated murder and felonious assault.
Quinn is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting arraignment.
