Michael Morgan was charged with public indecency after a Middletown resident told police he was walking around completely naked trying to sell candy to her family.
The incident happened Tuesday around 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of 17th street.

Luz Cuevas said one of the victims is her mom, and the incident happened in her backyard.

"He was pushing my mom to take the candy, but she did not want to take it because she knows where he is getting it from," Cuevas said.
Middletown police said they’ve had numerous contacts with him involving thefts or intoxicated behavior.

A police report states Morgan had about 20 packs of Peanut M&M's, which they think he stole.
The victims told police Morgan was masturbating in their backyard and staring at people.

Police said when they arrived, he appeared to be pulling up his pants.

The report states that Morgan then defecated on a chair and was still trying to sell his candy.

He was arrested and booked into an observation cell.

Morgan is currently being held in the Middletown Jail.
