Grove City, Oh (FOX19 NOW/WOIO) - Funeral services will be held this week for the 18-year-old man killed last week when a ride broke apart at the Ohio State Fair.

Visitation for Tyler Jarrell will be 4 p.m.- 8 p.m. Monday at the Spence-Miller Funeral Home in Grove City.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Grove City United Methodist Church.

Jarrell had just enlisted in the U.S. Marines.

His girlfriend, a 19-year-old University of Cincinnati student, Keziah Davis, was with him and among 7 other riders badly hurt when a thrill ride called "Fire Ball" broke apart Wednesday.

Rides reopened Sunday, according to the fair's Facebook page.

Gov. John Kasich ordered all rides shut down immediately after the accident until thorough inspections were conducted.
