Man shot outside Brother's Cafe

SILVERTON, OH (FOX19) -

A 38-year-old man was shot during a dispute at a Silverton bar overnight, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

An argument inside Brother's Cafe off Montgomery Road spilled onto the sidewalk outside just after 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, said Lt. Brian Stapleton.

Clinton Minter was shot once in the leg and taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, he said.

The victim is not cooperating with the investigation, according to Stapleton.

The shooting suspect fled with another gunman who drove a white, newer-model vehicle last seen southbound on Montgomery Road, he said.
